What to know before you pay

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes — free once per location (personalized report + dashboard on your numbers). For a refreshed analysis every month, that's the Essential plan at €49 ex VAT. See our Terms.

Do I need to enter a credit card?

No, as long as you don't activate monthly monitoring. No "first month free then we charge you" — no card on file, so nothing to bill without your explicit approval.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No commitment. Cancel from your workspace — no penalty period, no dark patterns.

How does multi-location pricing work?

Essential (€49) covers one location. For a 2nd site, upgrade to Pilot: €99/mo for the first, then +€79/mo per additional location (max 3 sites). Beyond that, the Scale plan: €199/mo + €149/mo per additional location, no limit.

How do referrals work?

Share your link. When a peer completes their diagnostic, you earn 1 free month of Essential (€49). Stackable, no cap. Free months apply automatically to your next renewal.

Can my accountant access my numbers?

Yes — free invite on every plan. They see the same data as you, with no re-entry.
